New patients: 

In order to start physical therapy it is necessary for us to do a comprehensive evaluation and consultation.  This requires one hour and is scheduled initially.

To schedule your initial evaluation simply call the office at (703) 450-4300.  You will be asked for the following information in order to schedule your evaluation:

• Name

• Condition to be seen for

• Doctor's name

• Your daytime phone number

• Your insurance company name

Follow-up therapy appointments:

Generally we will schedule your entire course of therapy after the therapist has evaluated you.  This allows us to schedule appointments that are appropriate for your need.  Appointments are scheduled on the ½ hour during office hours. 

If at any time you need to change, cancel or reschedule an appointment you can always call the office or make these changes to the schedule at one of your appointment times.
